I am not someone who typically leaves reviews—especially negative ones—and this is actually my first time ever leaving one. However, I feel it’s important to share my experience. To start, the doctor himself had a great personality and seemed very kind and approachable. Unfortunately, the experience with the medical assistant and the overall outcome was extremely disappointing. Before the doctor came in, the medical assistant spoke with me. I explained that I had Botox once previously through my workplace, where 25 units were used in my forehead and glabella and it essentially froze me. After examining me, she told me, “Oh no, you need 25 units just in your glabella.” I also explained that since this was right before the holidays, I did not want to spend much more than what the coupon covered. When the doctor came in, he immediately began the injections while making conversation about my upcoming trip, migraines, etc. Once he left the room, the assistant informed me that I had received 50 units and told me the total cost. I was completely floored—especially after clearly explaining my concerns about cost beforehand. When I questioned it, her attitude became extremely rude, which left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have had zero results. I still have full movement. I waited patiently, assuming it might kick in later, but I received the treatment on December 12th, and it is now February 4th—and there is still no change at all. I called to ask for advice and was told I would need to come in, but only on Thursdays or Fridays. As someone who works in the medical field, that is very difficult to accommodate. Additionally, I would not feel comfortable coming back only to potentially be charged more for something that did not work the first time. Overall, this experience was disappointing, frustrating, and felt very dismissive of my concerns.

Love this place! Clean, welcoming and always a positive experience if I go for Hydration therapy, Botox or a facial! Highly recommend!
