As a proud owner of my business when I see reviews like this, I owe it to my customers and to my team to do some research, share some facts and be 100% transparent. Julie had 2 areas of Fibroblast treatment performed on a promotional Groupon special (crow’s feet and 11 line between the brows). She wanted her neck treated, but the full price was too expensive, and we did not run any further specials. She called 3 days after her treatment and I quote “ I loved the treatment” , and she inquired about further specials again… We agreed that we would contact her if any became available but in the meantime she was going to look for some deals in Fort Lauderdale area. Today was day 4 after her treatment, staining us with a 1 star review on Google and another one Groupon stating she went elsewhere and she was told we performed the treatment incorrectly and treated her “ in the wrinkle vs outside”. If you are not familiar with this treatment, you ALWAYS treat the outside of the wrinkle – principles of Fibroblast... (I am an esthetician, I used to train estheticians at the Ritz-Carlton Spas, I understand Protocols and I take pride in our services at Spa Nine ) I looked at her many reviews on Google (which was mostly either 1 star or 5 star, hardly anything in between ) and I noticed she ended up having her neck done today by a business with 3 total Google Reviews, using a generic Plasma Plan that is sold on Amazon, available to the general public. Businesses differ in their decision making of products and equipment purchases, this is why quality competition is healthy, its desirable and I am supportive of it. We use a high intensity device, called The Super Frecator, available for purchase only to Licensed Professionals who acquire certification for the treatment. We use Numb Master numbing agent, with the highest lidocaine available without a DR license and recommended by the manufacturer and our Rejuvapen Microneedling system. But I have to say “no pain, no gain”… You will always have a level of discomfort when the treatment is performed correctly by a Professional Grade Equipment that will bring you the desired results. Donna, our Master Esthetician has been with us since Day 1 (6 Years) and has been performing these treatment since 2018. Our team is continuing to maintain the reputation of the highest and most reviewed business in town, approaching 500 reviews this year. I think this numerically damaging review will actually enhance our already stellar reputation in the local market, but also teaches me a valuable lesson. I have advertised the Fibroblast on Groupon, with hopes of exposure about this treatment that is not very well known to many. I am ending this advertising now as I need to protect my business reputation and my team from the occasional, irrational and emotional bargain hunters, who will never be back anyways… We are committed to 5 star quality service and appreciate our amazing clients.
