Received excellent service and facial was also very good and relaxing.

The lady was nice, but the session was worse than a basic facial. They seemed very busy. I was told to remove my beard, so I went to the barber and had it trimmed. I asked how long the session would be, and they said 45 minutes, but it only lasted 15 minutes. They used just one cream and one tool—no proper massage or additional products. I’m very unsatisfied.
