Great experience and workout. The class is well sized (not too many, not too much). The owner is fabulous and everyone is very friendly and respectful. Please come join us. I am a frequent attendee and would love to see new faces!

Great experience- tried it for the first time today. I had never tried hot yoga before! It was refreshing. Bring an extra towel (though they do have some there for rent) and plenty of water. Good workout.
