Gracie Barra Sugar Land is a Veteran Owned, BJJ Academy. We offer Kids BJJ (Anti-Bullying), Adult BJJ, and Cardio Kickboxing. Our Classes are taught in a Professional, clean, fun environment. We have certified instructors with years of experience. No previous martial arts experience is necessary.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches leverage and technique to defend yourself against a possible later and stronger assailant.
