Try listening to your customers and asking what they want. Stop having a supervisor walking back and forth telling the nail techs to hurry! Customers want a spa experience, not a production line!

If you did not have your groupon code when calling to make an appointment, they would not hold your appointment. I was told to call back with my code because they had a client. When I called back around noon, they did not answer and when I called back again to give my code, they gave my appointment away. Thankfully, I was able to get another appointment. I also didn't think it should have been adverstise through Groupon as a "spa-manicure and pedicure" You had to pay extra once you got there for the "spa treatment."

It is a hustle from the sec you walk in and a bashing on Groupon. She presents you with a 'menu' to add on services and if you pass you get noting but a nail polishing , then she has you get out of the spa chair the entire mani and pedi took 30 min. She is a b.. and it's as though the employes are slave labor. You feel sorry for them.
