So sorry you were understaffed with many unhappy customers. I have come here twice & been unhappy w the results. I must say the staff remains calm & pleasant even in tough situations. Seems like this business has a lot to learn to be viable.

A guy with the mushroom hair and glasses; his nam is Ethan I believed, has the worst service ever.Tbh,can't expect good service in Chinatown but he really took the wordHORRIBLE above and beyond. Everytime I come him&his attitude ruined my day.
