Arrived 1 hour and 20 min late. No apology except via text when already an hour behind. Still charged full price for time wasted and missed appointments. Very unprofessional. Conducted personal calls entire visit. Clearly didn't expect to gain repeat guest.

The tech was late to the appointment by an hour and a half. Once I actually got into the shop it was a mess; personal belongings and hair from the day before still on the floor and it smelled like ketchup. The install was a basic sew-in. She only braided my natural hair with no added braiding hair or netting for security. Was on the phone the entire time and disappeared for 10 min. Unprofessional
