Bayou Jack's Cajun Grill isn't just an oasis of Creole cooking in the dry Texas brush. It's a celebration of spicy seafood. The shrimp grits come mixed with jalapeños and andouille and doused in a spicy cream sauce, and the coconut-crusted mahi mahi lounges beneath a blanket of fiery mango jalapeño relish. The place is much better now that the management changed. I like the blackened fish tacos a lot. The crawfish étouffée is very spicy as well. The grilled wedge salad is great also.
