Had the best facial I had ever had. I’ve had facials my whole life and by far this facial done by my esthetician was so on point. Her name is Noelle. The most informative and helpful with my skins needs. I would come back because of her professionalism.
Beautiful spa with first class service and amenities!!
This is one of the worst spa experiences I've ever had. The pedicure was absolutely awful, starting with the fact that the technicians were running 20 minutes behind schedule. We picked out our colors and waited. Once we got into our pedicure chairs, my friends was not working. When we asked the technician to show us how to use the massage feature, she told us that they didn't work. Her exact words were "oh these chairs don't work. They're so old and need to be replaced." Why would a spa book pedicure appointments in chairs that don't work? Then, without asking what length I like my nails or what shape I wanted them, the technician started chopping all my nails off! They are so short that the skin from underneath is exposed, and actually hurts. I was very unhappy, but at that point there was nothing I could do since my nails were already cut (unevenly, might I add).
The kicker here is that when we went to the front desk to check out, I was informed I owed an extra fee for the "special" polish I selected. I thought it was a joke. Not only was the pedicure I received awful, but I was never informed that certain polishes were "special" or cost extra money. I am flabbergasted at this experience. I get better pedicures at the Chinese nail salon, and they cost less than half the price of what I paid here.
DO NOT GO HERE.
very nice ambience. bit lonely. guess it was a quiet day. nice facial and body buff from Janet & Sun.
The facial itself was great. 5 stars. But I was shocked at how poorly maintained the facility was. The men's locker room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since at least the day before. This was the late morning and garbage was spilling onto the floor. There was debris all around the indoor pool and jacuzzi, despite the place being almost empty (a good thing!) The jacuzzi itself had so many missing tiles, there was hardly a smooth surface to be found. Special bonus: the sauna want working. Really underwhelmed and disappointed.
Very polite!! It was an awesome treat!! Love it!! ❤️❤️❤️
Great customer service
Amenities are perfect
Beautiful n relaxing. Wonderful staff n excellent spa treatment.
The time of my service was changed the day of our appointments and I could not sit and relax together with my girlfriend. That was VERY disappointing. We were not given our champagne until the end when we asked. I ended up taking it home with me. April the manager was less than friendly.
