Warning these people don't know how to bill honestly, keep track of groupon services verses their own package services. I purchased their groupon IPL treatment for $169.20 on 5/10/22 and then decided while there to purchase a package of 3 services for a total of $437.25. We'll now they are telling me I received my 3 services and I explained another staff caught their error by not posting my paid groupon service to my account. I've only rec'd 2 of my package services and was just told someone else will have to call me back to settle this dispute. I'm just discusted. If an employee is selling packages they shouldn't be then punish the employee NOT the customer.

Experience left me with concerns for my skin barrier(sensitive&dry skin).The process was double cleanse, ALCOHOL PREP PAD, dermaplaning&enzyme mask.I’ve never had an alcohol prep pad used on my face&as a medical professional I wouldn’t recommend it.I’m now applying ointment to help w/ the redness&irritation.She asked if I’d like to leave w/ the mask on,I declined to prevent over exfoliating.
