Ruth S. (the business owner and operator) is an avid animal lover with over 20 years of pet grooming experience. She has always loved animals, and growing up she knew that she wanted to work with them for her entire life. She started grooming at her mother's little family-owned pet grooming shop back in the mid 90's and has since decided to branch out on her own. She is a little bit of a perfectionist, and therefore strives to maintain a higher-than-average standard of quality in her grooming as well as in her customer service.

I loved it! The staff was very nice & friendly & very well with my pet chihuahua Lola, she did not seem scared or shakey at all so made me feel more comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. The only thing I would’ve liked is if they had a waiting area, it was my first time taking my pet to a salon so I felt very uncomfortable just leaving my baby. But she was treated well & looked beautiful!

That is completely untrue. I have been in contact with you several times. I am one individual person running an entire business by myself and I schedule everything by appointment only. And, not only that, but when I'm in the middle of something (like, giving a dog a bath, for instance) I can't always get to my phone right away. I have reached out in reply to your messages on at least a couple of different ocassions... once being when I tried confirming you were still coming to your scheduled appointment to which you replied no. Then you message me in the middle of the day on an extremely busy Saturday and I can't get back to you as fast as you would like, so you call me a dead beat and make up lies? It's only been a few hours since you texted me, and I even talked to you just last night.
