Horrible experience! Half way through my treatment they stopped offering laser at the location I was attending and rather than offer a refund they expected me to accommodate their staffing needs and drive 3 hours round trip for services. What horrible customer service. Buyer beware!!

I loved going to Ultra Smooth Skin, the staff is very polite. I went to both the Gainey and the Ocotillo locations and had great service at both. Very minimal to no wait times and quick comfortable service. I was extremely nervous in the beginning, but the pain was extremely minimal.
