Overall I was pretty disappointed wit the complete package. I tried to get a cut and color several weeks after the Groupon was purchased, and they were booked up all week. When I did make an appointment successfully, several months later, I waited 30 mnutes for my stylist, who was running late that Monday, before informing the receptionist I'd have to reschedule, (strike 2.) Finally, a week afterwards, I got my color with foil, and my stylist didn't do so well with my highlights, giving me far fewer than the photo example I had given her. I told her this, and her response was "Well, now we know."
By no means would I call this money well spent, or a good experience.
