We arrived at 6:30am after flying a red eye across the country, looking forward to getting to our room for some rest. Nope. The hotel system was down. The customer service from the manager was terrible. Not an apology or anything to make it right. Won’t stay here again. Customer service goes a long way.

I would NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone!!! 1st night in our room, I was sleeping when I felt something on my head. I brushed my head, and when I got up, I saw about 4 inch long centipede on the wall next to bed headboard!!! Tried to kill it, but it disappeared. Room had very musty/moldy smell, carpet old and stained, and room furniture looked 20 years old. Luckily we lived about an hour drive from Hotel (there for wedding), so we spent night at home. Next day only one elevator worked (out of 3), and my wife waited for over 15 minutes for elevator!! She managed to get on “service” elevator", or she would have been waiting over 30 minutes. I was never offered another room, nor offered any refund!! This Hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation!!!
