Few sounds recall childhood like the jangling of the ice cream truck. With Pop Lab, owners Nico and Christina dust off that halcyon nostalgia and give it a grownup spin. The duo rents out their ice-cream-man-style push carts, sending attendants to roll through parties and add a splash of whimsy.
