It’s not in person, it’s on zoom. They make you buy a $150 book that’s actually 27.99 on Amazon. The teacher is good. Pretty thorough but the title is misleading and the book is overpriced.

I had a pleasure of getting my Real Estate education in this school :) Our teacher Audra Elvikyte (lithuanian lady) is amazing! She is very much to the point lady when it comes to Real Estate Florida laws and other Real Estate details while studying process. She is active Broker associate herself and gave many appropriate examples out of her own experience. Could give a handful advices for the variety of all our questions. Her teaching strategy was determined for all of the students to pass both school and state exams as well as clear understanding of the subject and practical usage of all the knowledge by the time we become licensed sales associated in Real Estate in Florida and get hired in order to do this work accurate, still creative, following work etiquette and the laws, understanding the client and market and be clear with our work goals. She is very much inspirational teacher as well, as much as encouraging. Thank you for everything. Its time to pass state exam!!
