After the wash, my car was as dirty as I brought it in and I was told that in order for them to clean it, I had to pay an upgrade

Wash is good but I still saw some bird drops after wash, I have shown and requested them to clean, the person who used dry cloth left some water in mirrors, which gave worst look as drops fallen on the door. you should take care about such small things rest is okay. It is a waster for large vehicles(SUV), I paid extra $5, which means including tip it is $20, I would have got wash close to my place for the same price :)
