Great good and good service. They have an early bird menu, but Groupon is only valid on regular dinner menu. I will be back to try their early bird specials.

Server was not friendly and did not come back to check on us if we needed anything else after serving our food. Did not ask if we liked our food. Just not a pleasant, inviting, friendly atmosphere. I ordered a medium rare New York steak and it was medium well. Paella was not good at all.

I have always loved Tarragon but we had their B game on the food that night. Hopefully next time will be better!
