What was sold and advertised on Groupon was NOT what the Dragon Pearl provided, The managerment refused to speak to any of the diners about this issue. It was blatant fraud. The service was just awful.... After 30 minutes without even a glass of water we left, along with 3 other tables. We would never ever recommend this place, and in fact have made a point to let everyone that we know what an awful establishment this is. Never have we been treated so awful.

You lied! You did not give us what we paid for - it was nothing but a scam!!! But you loose since you will get any repeat customers or any postivie word of mouth!

YES!!..if you are unable to sasifactorily handle the business that comes when you sign up with "GROUPON"..then you should decline the offer..or do not solicit same in hopes of increasing ur business..as ur handling of these customers was unacceptable and humiliatingl

The groupon promotional value is not truthful. It represents ordering the most expensive selections on the menu in each category. The restaurant, however, gave a limited, groupon menu which had their cheapest menu items on it. Plus they did not have any dessert. When I asked about dessert they offered to give me an orange.
