Mojito Bar, Sunrise

It's no surprise that Mojitobar has a wide variety of signature cocktails to choose from; its titular drink comes in mango, watermelon, and even champagne renditions. But thanks to a passionate chef, their menu is more than just liquids. Mojito Bar's dinner menu is divided into three: small, medium, and large plates. On the small side, quick bites such as smoked pineapple guacamole can be found. The medium section holds a host of entrees including braised short rib flatbread and summer salads. Finally, the "large" menu holds meaty dishes such as cuban fried chicken, steak and potatoes, and grilled mahi mahi sandwiches.
