I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Arrived at 10:30 asked to come back at noon I come back and I was talking to the same attendant, he asks "what vehicle is it." I say "a 2012 - F-150"... this is where it gets really weird... his very next question to me was, "okay, and what is the MAKE?" Holy Cow I kid you not, his very next question was "what's the Model?" Couldn't find f-150 in the system.
