That there be more efficient use of the groupon. There was an upsell of the shellac nail polish and once agreed there was no manicure. It went straight from taking nail polish off to putting shellac polish. No massage, lotion, hand soaking...nothing. The pedicure was ok, just a soak and nail polish. Not much of any effort of anything else.

BAD ATTITUDE (HA! AND CATCH THE NAME OF THE PLACE!!!) AND THE PEDICURE INJURED MY FOOT...COULD HAVE BEEN A FUNGAL INFECTION CAUGHT THERE...BEWARE..IT HURT FOR WEEKS...NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
