Reflexology targets pressure points on the foot to help relieve pain and stimulate blood flow and eliminates toxins from the body which induces overall relaxation. Trigger points or muscle knots are sensitive spots in soft tissue and having too many of them at one time is (MPS) Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Our approach to relieving such a problem is to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.
