Terrible. What a huge waste of money. 3.5 hours, then the guys says that they didn't have any cleaner to do the exterior, so did not get tree sap off the paint. This is a DETAILING place? I paid nearly $100 overall, supposedly including the "Q-tip interior detail," more like the "dry paper towel interior detail." The dash was still dusty, front and top; they did not bother to vacuum the seats. The only window cleaned was the windshield, even then only the outside, and it still wasn't clean. Supposedly also included exterior wash and wax; the thinnest, cheapest wax ever I suppose, and there were hand smudges all over it. Didn't even touch the wheels. A huge waste of time and money. I would have been better off to give $10 to the girl guides and have them do it in a school parking lot. Anyone who goes to this place twice must be a relative. They should be ashamed, frankly. Do NOT, under any circumstances, go to them either at full price or with a Groupon.

I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. My truck was in dire need of detailing inside and out and it came out looking pretty much brand new. They took a little longer than quoted, but that was only because they wanted to make it as good as possible - and that was fine by me !!

Very customer oriented, friendly and reliable. Will recommend to others.
