The owner is rude, insensitive, and callous. I have sensitive skin. I asked her to go slow on my waxing. She monked, giving me examples of others. She got angry telling me that I'm saying that she didn't know her job, which I never said. She has inexperienced staff. The way she talks is very unkind and impolite. Shez ioverly clever and cunning. So beware ladies especially those wants to use groupo

The stylist was very nice and the price was amazing. Unfortunately not thrilled with my hightlights. The hair cut was good. And as far as the salon facility, need major TLC. Seems in disrepair.
