Very nice massage.however, they were not returning phone call messages to call me to book a groupon appt. when I went there they claimed they just had a cancellation and took me right away

this place is horrible. please do not spend your money here. they are very rude and unsanitary. they don't even know what they are doing. they soaked the towel In the dirty sink and washed my face with it. they left me with the heater on my chest for 15 min burning me and I kept yelling to come help me no one came. I couldn't even see cause my face was covered. waste of money. I felt so gross after I had to go home And wash my face right away. I also broke out in pimples after.

Worst massage I've had. I got there early and no one was in the spa side, so I looked around confused and waited until someone came in 5 minutes before my appointment. No ambiance, the masseuse would clang the stones around and turn on the water full blast, it was hard to relax.
