Great class! Instructors were welcoming ☺ With the infrared my fat was definitely "crying"!lol If it's your first time, I would reccomend going to the hot deep stretch and relaxation class. Just make sure to come 15mins early. Room can get quite full. I have already encouraged my girlfriends and sister to come and join. ☺

Georgia was very accommodating as my friends and I had to leave 10 minutes early for work! She was very welcoming and worked us very hard!
