Room was nice, bed was comfortable, water was hot, sheets were clean, food was plentiful, and you gave us slots credits and food discounts to boot. What's not to like?

Diamond Mountain has a policy of putting a hold on a credit card for the amount of the hotel room. That might be all right for credit card reservations, but I think it is unnecessary for people staying using a Groupon coupon and can be confusing to a Groupon client. The hold has been reversed, but it did take 5 days to reverse.
