Took my Himalayan here and he came home serene and so handsome. The whole neighborhood came up to tell us how great he looks with his new "lion" cut.
Definitely recommend this place. It's in the basement, but is completely prepped for grooming dogs and cats.
Such a pleasant experience.

She would not accept the groupon. That is not the problem I payed full price . My dog wasn't bathed. didn't have a newly groomed dog smell. This is a poodle FYI. Top knot is a mess. You don't much see here as she has some guy taking in the dog, and never there when I pick her up. I have a Groupon issue pending regarding this. I have been a loyal customer and would appreciate a response.

Perry our groupons say right on the voucher we only accept one per household, You had previously used a voucher with us. I'm sorry this upsets you but it is policy. We did everything the same the first time we did your pup and you where so happy, if you had a complaint with the grooming we kindly tell all our clients to let us know within 48 hours so we can correct the problem. We wash all of the dogs, we couldn't cut them if we didn't we don't use smelly shampoos, just hypo shampoos, so you don't get an over powering smell because many people are sensitive and so can pets. The same shampoos where used the first time you where in, if you have an issue feel free to contact us directly to fix the issue regarding the groom.
