The owner and person who did the service was polite and nice, but the service quality was not good. I bought express facial 30 mins and they said it will not have steam and deep extraction. I upgraded after checking the details but no extraction was done as she said it was hard. They shud have mentioned when i insisted for deep extraction. Not at all worth it, i do the same at my home.

The Brazilian wax wasn’t good at all. It wasn’t smooth and lots of stubbles once I got home. It’s not a place I’d recommend to anyone and I don’t see myself going back, even though I still have one more service I’ve already paid for. They can have that, I’m willing to take the loss.
