Our store makes traditional Korean styled chicken which is style of chicken where we coat the fried chicken with a sauce while trying to maintain the crisp. We have many unique flavors of sauces such as the garlic soy, garlic spicy, red hot pepper, curry, and more! Our most popular menu is the Snow Onion Chicken which is crispy fried chicken topped with thinly sliced sweet onion and our special snow onion sauce. We have a specialty section called the Tikkudak which are chicken that are fried first then cooked over wooden charcoal so the chicken will have a smokey flavor and be crispier because the oil of the chicken is baked out.
