The colorist did not have any idea what she was doing. I went back for her to fix the problem - and she made it even worse. I had to go to a salon and pay major money to get my hair fixed.

I'm very disappointed in the service & professionalism. She was very sloppy & too quick. When done, there were a lot of color residue on forehead & face. A lot of pieces of hair were on skin & clothes causing itchiness all day long. The color on hair turned out great! But, hair was NOT layered in the back. Front looks ok. Had to go to another salon to get my hair cut again. Will not return to this salon.
