Very poor experience. My mom loves going to massages but she didn't like this one. Plus, they were vacuuming while she was in the massage room and fixing the walls or something. It was so much noise . The lady wasn't very nice either. Very short in answers and rude tone for no reason. My sister had a Groupon that tried to use and same rude attitude. Nobody answered her calls .

I’m sorry your Mother did not enjoy her service. My intensions are for all guest to leave happy and satisfied with their massage. The owner of the suite did arrange someone to install music the day of your Mother’s session and the noise level was out of my control. Upon your Mother’s arrival I could tell she was not thrilled about what was taking place in the office and also mentioned she was late because the place was difficult for her to find. I did respond to your sister by text as her voucher had expired.
