They did not speak English, I had hard time to make appointment with them. when I got there have to wait for long time. my voucher was haircut, blowout and style $75 value but they only want to trim my hair and dry hair but they refused to style my hair. they stated " you only paid $19.00" I have to fight to get style hair. what was purpose to buy Groupon if they did not want to give $75 value of service? without Groupon I know they are not going to charge regular price $75 for just trim my hair. Groupon should never sell Sara Hair voucher if they do not give service what they had on voucher.

I bought a partial highlight/cut/blowout/style. The pros of my visit were that I started on time (didn't have to wait to get seated), and the haircut--though shorter than I'd asked her to go--is pretty good. However, the highlight did not go well. First of all, a "partial" highlight there is only 8 foils. Thought that was pretty low, as I've gotten partials before and it was many more foils than that. Also, I asked her to not go too blonde so we chose a caramel color, but she left me under the lights too long while she was taking other people, and the highlights were white--color was completely stripped from my hair. She had to use toner twice on it. Also, the "blowout and style" was really just her drying my hair but no "style"…and the blowout wasn't great; I have wavy hair and my hair was frizzy when I left. After the blowout, it was apparent there were still white streaks so she offered to use toner again, but I had to leave. She got a bit defensive and "blamed" my hair, saying it was because I'd had too much color/highlighting before, so it processed too quickly. Well, as a stylist, it's her job to be aware of that and check on me quicker, and not take all these other clients while I'm sitting under the lights processing "too quickly". I would not return again.
