Nice products, great service

I purchased this Groupon having never actually BEEN to the store - just looked at their website and thought what I saw was nice. However, when I actually visited the store and was able to look at the products I realized the furniture does not appear to be well made at all. Guess that's why the prices looked so darn good! Lesson learned for me. I will never buy a Groupon for a product or store I am not familiar with. I did not use the Groupon BEFORE the expiry date so I only had the purchase price value to spend ($25 opposed to $50). When I finally found something to buy, I presented the Groupon and the staff member said "Oh, sorry...the Groupons have expired". She had no idea that the Groupons were always valid for the original purchase value - that that amount never expires...she made sure to read the Groupon VERY thoroughly before she would accept it. I was disappointed their staff didn't know this in advance. Clearly a training issue within Wicker Emporium.

Often do not have the beautiful 'bollywood' merchandise advertised.
