This place charge me $120 for a single process hair color but that it did not include blow dry! So the hair stylist blowdried my hair with his fingers and told me it would cost more to flat iron or blowout with a brush!! Unbelievable! I never spend $120 on hair I walked out of a salon looking the way I did! So in all it would have cost about $150 for a color!! Definitely not worth it! I went home and flat iron my hair mys

This is Yvonne from Haiier. You bought a color root touch-up from us and it only included TUSSLE dry. You sent us a text to confirm your appointment on the day, and we told you the Groupon you purchased is the only root and you understood. Since you changed the root touch up service to a single process for whole hair so it would be EXTRA. Our single process prices start from $120 - $180. The Flat iron is an additional charge and we have stated it in the fine print. We are sincerely sorry, you are disappointed and you have to walk out of the salon. You can always come back for a free blowout. If you would like to come back, you're more than happy to contact me. Thank you.

I could not believe my hair, it was completely transformed!!! What I love the most they were thorough with the process on me for it was modified due to the amount of damage in my hair from coloring and highlights ... in particular highlights o did not realize how damaging it is to the hair... but I LOVE my hair from the moment I stepped into work I received many compliments.
