Staff and service were great! Good mystery and clues too. It wasn’t as immersive as some I’ve been to because the space feels like you’re in the mall. The walls don’t go up to the ceiling and decorations could be a little nicer. A fun experience though. The staff really makes it worthwhile.

The room was set up with hardly anything in it except locks and envelopes full of clues. We asked for help twice and still seemed not well planned out. I feel like the envelopes should have been labeled step 1, step 2 and so forth. It was just jumbled all together. The person helping wasn't very helpful. I also think there should have been a story to follow before starting. Nothing.
