- Yeast fermented for 3 days: Made only with flour, salt, and water to make the dough, that fermented yeast boosts flavor and helps make the crust chewy, but not too chewy.
- Quality local ingredients: Wherever possible, they'll source ingredients from local providers such as Zoe's Meats, and they ensure that cheeses and sauces are always high quality.
- The right woods and the right temperature: The oven is heated to 750° with woods from almond and apple trees. What it does is put the proper char and texture on the crust more effectively than a gas or electric oven could.
Even if you're not in the mood for pizza, Elemental has you covered, with salads, sandwiches, pastas, and housemade cookies for dessert, and no matter what you choose, you can wash everything down with a variety of beer, cider, cocktails, and wines.
