I had to make 3 painful trips to Sears to try to use my Groupon. No one could make it work until Jantzyn, who was very capable, professional, and helpful beyond the call of duty. Thankfully it ended on a positive note but I will NEVER deal with Sears and ANY coupon again!!

the LED trouble light that I wanted was in stock and was even on sale when I went in. Using the groupon was no problem and I was in and out very quick and easy.
