I really enjoyed the massage itself, but the scheduling is awful. I never spoke to her on the phone. We only communicated via email and that wasn't consistent, and only after I complained to groupon. It took 3 days of emailing to get a schedule.

I'd recommend beginning with relaxation of shoulders, neck, temples or back. On my visit, she began with feet which surprised me. Another issue was I asked for deeper pressure but didn't notice a change.
