This was my second time for an oil change at Eagle Automotive. The staff is very helpful, and they did a pretty good job, but unfortunately, I experienced some small issues each time. The first time, they took out the star tire key, without tire rotation and didn't put it back, and then I had to go all the way there to get it back. This time they charged an extra about $7, which was not mentioned on their Groupon page.

I purchased the oil change deal from Groupon. I reached the location on 07/30/2025. There was no signboard that told you that you had come to the correct service shop. However, a mechanic told me that I had come to the proper location. I dropped my vehicle at the service area and moved to the waiting area. It looks like everyone on the staff is in a hurry, and no one knows what is going on. After some time, the mechanic Ashraf came to me and asked, Do I need a tire rotation. I told him if it is included in the deal, then yes. After the service, I asked Ashraf did he rotated the tires. He said no, as it's not part of the deal. After returning home, I figured out that my tire lock key was not there. I called Eagle Automotive, and after searching in the service area, they found it, and I was told to come back and pick it up. I drove back to pick it up. At Eagle Automotive, I asked them if tires are not rotated, then why the tire lock key is taken out, but got no answer. I told them that since my gas and time are wasted because of them, they should compensate for it and provide me with a free tire rotation. After all this, the mechanic who previously said that tire rotation had not been done, now said that it has already been done, and they are not going to rotate tires again. I am completely dissatisfied with the services and behavior of Eagle Automotive and don't recommend it for any service.
