Save your money and don't buy this. I don't care if they can help me lose 50lbs. The office was dingy, the nurses don't wear gloves when taking blood or wash their hands. The nutritional program is not customized, it is a printed version for people who like southern cooking. And the guy running the place doesn't understand personal space. They also don't wear masks. 0 stars but forced to give 1.

To be fair, I was not totally compliant with the weight loss plan provided. I don’t take anything outside of supplements so I skipped the recommended appetite suppressant. I figured if I could make it through two shots (B-12 and amino acids) a little hunger pain wouldn’t kill me. I also didn’t really care for a lot of food items on the recommended eating list so I just tried to glean the principles and come up with my own. I don’t do diet food so I stuck with whole non-processed foods like eggs, poultry, fish, and veggies. Finally, they told me any vitamin supplement would do which I also didn’t believe so I did some research and settled on a multivitamin from Ancient Nutrition. During the first week and a half of eating 1,000 calories, I did not go to the gym. I only walked and took the stairs. After that, I got back to my regular work out. My average calories over came out to about 1,100 per day. It was mostly protein or fat. Cutting out processed foods helped me limit carbs. Outside of weekly weigh in and shots, I didn’t get much feedback. They wanted me to keep a written food log but I use my fitness pal so I also didn’t do that. If you are very driven and just want someone to give you shots and an appetite suppressant, I would say go for it. I lost 9 pounds in three weeks (without the appetite suppressant). So far I haven’t gained any weight back after completing all of the shots. Side note: the needles hurt a lot!
