Celestine Hoskie may have named her business Just Because... Massage Therapy, but she understands that for some the soothing treatment is more than a simple luxury. I bought a package of 3 massagers from groupon. I got one masage done which was just mediocre. When I called to schedule the next when there was no answer! I called and called and left messages. So in short I got ripped off for 2 massages and she scanned my groupon so it looks like I redeemed the entire amount. Be ware!!

Extremely hard to schedule an appointment. Then, they had to change it. Actual massage was good.

Their customer service is terrible. It took me several weeks before I was able to schedule my first massage. I schedule my second massage while I was at the salon. However, no one was the salon at the time of my second massage. I called but was unable to leave a message and tried to contact them via email with no response.
