Great place but they charge you extra besides what u already paid

Joe was great. Crew missed a few things during my tire rotation and wheel alignment from Groupon (paid $79 ) 1st issue- I had a screw in my rear driver side tire so I knew after the rotation it should've been on the front driver side. (I have directional tires so rotation is from front to back and not side to side). After job completed, screw was still in rear driver side tire which means rotation was not done! Put the truck on the lift to make sure not mistaken and no other tire had screw in them. Just the driver rear. 2nd - I mentioned this and Joe was cool and looked at the camera but could not tell if tires were rotated. No video proof. They said they would rotated them AGAIN but it never was done the first time. I agreed and while removing the wheels the wheel looks were stuck and they became stripped so had to hammer a socket on to break loose. Either they put the lugs back on too tight or they were never removed to begin with. Lock stripped and now I need to buy new wheel looks $46 Amazon. 3rd - tire pressure were never checked (27 fronts. 34 rears). Claimed TPS sensors were rest.. NOT. Joe rest himself after I pulled off and returned to ask. 46 bucks plus the $79 for the service and $12 tax on the REGULAR $99 and not $79= $137 total after all said and done. Not what I expected. Maybe the team just had a bad day. Unsure, but I dont think ill be going back. Sorry Joe.. Alignment was done.... I think!

Excellent customer service and seems to be honest. May be an oxymoron being a car service center but I will return.

I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Joe was great to deal with and made sure I was a satisfied customer.
