I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted and walked out with something completely different and totally messed up. On top of that I have a cochlear implant and she hit it so hard so many times I now have massive migraines and it’s infected.

I am so disheartened after this negative comment. For anyone that has been in my chair they can attest to how attentive I am of my clients needs. I was aware of the device on my clients head and constantly ensured that she was comfortable throughout the service by asking her how she felt and she assured me she was fine. With regards to her haircut I asked several times before she left if she was pleased and she said yes. I wish that there was a way to upload a picture of the finished result.

Loraine was great... it was my first time receiving a keratin treatment of any sort. She was very informative and explained ever step of the process. Would definitely return.
