I purchased a groupon for a haircut and single process color. I had very light brown color in my hair prior to the appointment that I was just looking to have touched up since it was starting to fade. The colorist sat down with me and we talked about what I was looking for, I showed her a picture and let her know I was just looking for a touch up and wanted to remain close to the color my hair was. I have no idea where the disconnect was because the color I got is almost black. My hair color is extremely darker than the color we discussed, almost as though she mixed the wrong color. I know over time the color will fade however now I am stuck with a hair color that looks awful with my skin.
