I purchased a groupon for a haircut and single process color. I had very light brown color in my hair prior to the appointment that I was just looking to have touched up since it was starting to fade. The colorist sat down with me and we talked about what I was looking for, I showed her a picture and let her know I was just looking for a touch up and wanted to remain close to the color my hair was. I have no idea where the disconnect was because the color I got is almost black. My hair color is extremely darker than the color we discussed, almost as though she mixed the wrong color. I know over time the color will fade however now I am stuck with a hair color that looks awful with my skin.

Had a great experience at Kennedy salon! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My stylist, Andrea, was very knowledgable about what she was doing and offered great tips throughout the process for maintenance/hair care. And last but not least, I loved the end product! My hair looks great!

I thought I was going to be treated like lower class because I used groupon. I felt they would give me a stylist that didn't know her job. In fact, this is the best hair cut I have ever received. FYI - I am 46 yrs old. Great place. I will use them when I get married in October.

I am so glad they had a Groupon as I would never have discovered this place on my own. I go to a stylist at Salon Lofts & they were closed for the week. I desperately needed a haircut before that wedding event. So I thought I would use a Groupon. I was so lucky! <3
