Bought this for my fiancé: she had an absolute blast w/ Ruben for her boxing lessons, plans on coming back for regular lessons. In her words, the lessons were challenging, filled with beginners boxing techniques in one-on-one sessions you just can’t get from going to group classes. Instruction is phenomenal & really pushes you to work harder than you think you could. If you’re hesitant just do it!

Neil was my trainer for the (3) sessions. The gym is well maintained and lots of different/unique equipment. Neil was very knowledgeable and quirky sense of humor! He definitely put me to work and grin at same time!! I like the gym has 24/7 access!
