Disorganized, not as clean as it should be. They couldn't keep appointments straight. The young lady doing the procedure was competent and sweet but not one of my three appts were kept by the staff.

still have the stiches in so I can't tell the final results but Dr Miles and the staff went out of their way to be professional and courteous, I would refer them to my family and friends. Thank you for offering the Groupon to Adora Clinic in Orlando

6 treatments, a year later, absolutely no reduction in hair anywhere on my body. The machine constantly broke during my treatments and was junk. During the treatments each person would say, see less hair on your underarms, well a year later there is no less hair, they are trained to trick you into thinking you are seeing something so they can put it in their notes, but when you give it enough time to actually see the real hair growth cycle, it all grows back! I still must shave everything and it is just as thick as it was before. I asked Groupon for a refund, but no one ever responded, and it makes me question every company I don't already know on Groupon because this was a total rip off.

Tampa location a little "sleazy"...I'm a RN, so cleanliness, tidiness, and professionalism is super important. This location and staff felt sloppy, untrained, unprofessional and standards of care is subpar and not trustworthy. I wouldn't recommend or go again.
