Hi There! While the Groupon was going to expire in the middle of our dogs' stay, they were nice enough to let us use it fully anyway. They were kind, responsive, and good with our dogs...and with us! Thank you Puppy Palace for taking care of our four-legged daughters! Cheers, Team Lundberg

While the staff was friendly they over charged me, she said it would only be an additional $12 to have my dog play with other dogs, my dog got there mid-day Monday and I picked her up a little after 1pm on Wednesday, they never mentioned that the additional $12 was puree day!!!! For that I could have just taken her to the park and she could have played with other dogs for free !!!! She want even there long enough for me to be charged each day!!! Ridiculous!!!

My dog was happy to see me when I picked her up, but as soon as we got in the car she started whining because she wanted to go back and play some more. You certainly wore her out, though. She slept really well that night. The perfect way to burn off some energy.

thank you for using groupon. It made it affordable for us to see if our dog would like doggie day care...and she does. I loved the personalized note on the report card and everyone was very friendly. I noticed you knew the owners names of the pets when they arrived and wonderful customer service.
